This is a four night, five day expedition that embraces a genuine feel for the rough, untouched country between Hanmer Springs and Kaikoura. The river is fun, without being intimidating with broken, smaller rapids of Grades 2-3.
This is an unbelievably picturesque trip, with enough Grade 3 rapids to keep things interesting when you’re not engrossed in the spectacular scenery. This trip is easily accessible and suits people of all ages.
a wonderfully appealing rafting trip due to the ease of being able to walk any of the major rapids. This classic rafting journey follows the Landsborough River for 70km through the gorges and flats of the remote and mysterious south west of the South Island.
A more isolated trip that is set amongst the backdrop of Mount Aspiring National Park. The trip is made even more significant because access to the hanging basins, gushing waterfalls and the vertical valleys that you’ll experience on the way.
Rafting doesn’t come much better than this! Fabulously interesting white water, great mountain scenery, fish and fantastic camping. Positioned on the east coast of the New Zealand, the river is less subject to weather conditions.
To raft the Waimak over a couple of days is a real treat, it gives you time to take in the endlessly vast landscapes. The Waimakariri is one of the larger braided rivers in New Zealand.
